PRODUCTION CYCLE
Taking inspiration from the Lean Factory methodology ,Amisco production is divided into "islands" dedicated to single products or families of similar products.
There are 3 main phases of the production process for coils:
- Winding and soldering
- Overmolding
- testing (this operation is effectuated for 100% of our production)
Valve production is entrusted to our partner MCA, which takes care of assembling the valves.
