We offer a 360° quality approach, which allows us to control the Quality of our products through every single component or production process. Every detail is analysed and optimised to provide the customer with the best possible solution, guaranteeing the highest levels of reliability on the market.
We are one of the first companies in Italy certified according to ISO 9001 and, from many years, we work following the concepts derived from the Automotive standards and ISO TS 16949. We offer our customers complete PPAPs (Process Flow, Process Fmea and Control Plan) when we develop new products. Quality aspects are taken care by each individual operator, and rigorous checks are carried out at every stage of the production process.
Each coil is tested, in particular regarding:
- Visual inspection
- Electrical resistance
- Short circuit, the insulation check between winding turns
- Dielectric strength, the check of insulation to earth and to the outer surface.
The solenoid valves are also 100% tested
- Pneumatic leakage, in ON and OFF conditions, in high and low pressure.
- Switching, high and low pressure
All control results are recorded, stored and analyzed to compile statistics that allow us to identify critical products and processes, and take prompt action to eliminate faults.
The continuous search for improvement and striving for perfection results in products, that are reliable over time. In addition, we pay great attention to every complaint that arrives from customers, involving not only Quality, but directly the General Management.
Each complaint is handled by a dedicated team, to provide a response within the first 24 hours of the notification. We use the 8D module for the management of nonconformities, both from a formal point of view and from a practical point of view in the application of related methodologies.
