Environment and Sustainability
Doing well today, to be better tomorrow

Amisco considers the well-being of workers, the protection of the environment and the place  in which it operates  as cornerstones of its Values. Taking care of the present and those who live it, is the basis for creating a better and more sustainable future for everyone.

Since the company was founded, Amisco has taken care to the sustainability, especially with regard to:

  • respect for human rights and working conditions
  • the utmost cooperation and focus on Amisco’s staff
  • attention to the preservation of natural resources and the environment
  • a constant focus on the requirements of customers and suppliers regarding prohibited materials or, in any case, those considered risky; the choice of raw materials that anticipate these needs and a focus, starting directly from the design phase, on minimizing material waste and increasing component standardization
  • the choice of customers and suppliers who are aligned with our vision

All this is included in our Vision, Mission and Values.

Amisco also believes that sustainability has now become a key success factor for the company and for future generations.

At the request of some client companies, since 2022 Amisco has been compiling a specific questionnaire in relation to Climate Change and Co2 emissions. We would like to point out that in 2024 we achieved a "B" score, which represents the highest score achieved among all the Small and Medium Enterprises that participated in the assessment. This result confirms Amisco's concrete commitment to environmental sustainability, in favor of reducing climate impact.

Sustainability for Amisco also means attention to the Italian artistic heritage, an integral part of the environmental one: for this reason Amisco supports the activity of the "Amici di Brera", a historic association linked to the Pinacoteca di Brera in Milan, which has been active for years in the promotion of historical-artistic culture to a wide public, and in the protection and restoration of masterpieces.
